Brino-Soul as he's affectionately known, started DJing in 1999 under The
Sounds of Room 26 Productions, mentored by the late Walter “Wallie” in
Yeoville.
Featured on Radio stations such as Yfm’s Mad-half Hour (1999), Metro FM's
Friday night show, with DJ Digwele (2001) and Jozi FM’s Mid-morning, Drivetime
and Saturday shows, from 2001-2002.
His reputation continued to grow, showcasing at one of the biggest bashes
in Vaal Tech in 2003; playing with DJ Christos, Pepsi and Fistaz to mention a
few.
He was featured at The Soweto Beer Festival in 2010, as well as Soweto TV’s
5th Birthday Celebration at the Soweto Hotel in Kliptown.
Playing in clubs in and around South Africa such as Limpopo (Marble Hall),
North West (Rustenburg), KwaZulu Natal (Durban / Umlazi) and Gauteng
(Pretoria / Johannesburg / Soweto / Vaal / Ekurhuleni),
Brino- Soul is an active music purveyor who continues to collect analogue
and digital music formats.
